Penticton conductor Cable Freeman is shown talking to some local ranchers at Spences Bridge while waiting for the Okanagan Express to arrive. There will be a crew change here and the Penticton crew will run the Okanagan Express over the old Kettle Valley line, now the Princeton Sub, to Penticton.
