The unloading process in this photo of the Jack Fish coal docks began with the two cranes unloading the coal from the
ships into a bunker. The coal in the bunker was then unloaded into the cars on the left track. The cars were then moved by a cable system to a
railway coal car spotted beneath the coal dock. Once empty these cars were then returned again to the bunker but on the right hand track. These
cars had a capacity of 3,000 pounds. the building on the left by the water was the blacksmith's shop - Date unknown Colin McGrath.
