11 February 2009 Canadian Pacific Completes Common Share Offering Canadian Pacific Railway Limited announced it has completed its common equity offering of 13.9 million shares at $36.75 per share for total gross proceeds of $510.8 million, which includes the exercise in full of the underwriters over allotment option for 1.3 million shares.
