12 August 2009 Woman Killed by Train   Belleville Ontario - Police have ruled out foul play in the death of a 38-year-old Belleville resident who was killed after stepping in front of a train on the railway tracks near South Church Street early Wednesday.   Police said the mishap occurred around 1:20 a.m. when the eastbound CP train struck the woman.   "This investigation is being treated as non-suspicious and no further information will be released", said Det.-Sgt. Beth Harder in a statement.
