Another Train Derailment in Saskatchewan
Typical unmarked grade crossing.
Rose Valley Saskatchewan - For the second time this month, a train has left the tracks in
Saskatchewan.
Around 1:00 Tuesday afternoon, a CP train derailed in Rose Valley, about 200 kilometers east of Saskatoon.
Four cars left the tracks, spilling canola and canola oil. There were no injuries.
Two weeks ago, 36 cars on a CN train derailed, carrying liquefied propane, plastic pellets and benzene. Massive plumes of smoke billowed from the scene
near Spy Hill for more than two days.
