Bypass rail crossing lights being upgraded to LEDs

North Bay Ontario - Those railway warning lights on the North Bay bypass near Seymour Street are getting an upgrade.
A total of $143,000 will go toward the lights at the railway crossing on Highway 17 in North Bay, converting them to LEDs.
The project will also upgrade the advanced warning system to include constant warning time at the intersection.
Funding is through the Rail Safety Improvement Program.
