 The roof of the Lauterbrunnen station building is just visible to the left of the BOB train unloading passengers at the platform beneath a large canopy. On the right passengers are transferring to a Wengernalpbahn (WAB) train for the ascent to Wengen and Kleine Scheidegg. Notice the relative size of the WAB train in comparison to the BOB on the left. The WAB is 800 millimetre gauge consequently the rolling stock is slightly smaller then the metre gauge stock.
