Here's a wider view of the area around Swanage station. A shed, with green door, and the station lie in the distance past the signal box and grey coloured water tank. In the foreground a diesel shunter is pulling Battle of Britain locomotive "Manston" towards the servicing facilities behind the camera. Manston is out of service due to a bent rod. Somehow, water which is uncompressible, entered the cylinders, causing a bent rod. Wilts & Dorset busses are stored in a parking lot next to the yard on the right behind the Co-op grocery store.
