The National Rail junction gate is seen from a different angle which includes the South Devon Railway's platform and station at Totnes, known as Totnes Littlehempston, presumably to distinguish it from the National Rail Totnes station. The middle track permits arriving steam locomotives to run-around their cars for the return journey to Buckfastleigh.
