One of the operators riding Bubble car number W55000 (A British Rail Class 122 Diesel Multiple Unit), is about to hand the staff, or was it a token, to the person on the ground as the DMU heads towards Buckfastleigh. W55000 was built by Gloucester Railway Carriage & Wagon Works in 1958. It was the first member of the class and operated on lightly used branch lines.
