Still further to the east from the last photo Taliesin now traverses open fields filled with cavorting lambs and grazing sheep. The right-of-way is leveled here crossing the rolling hills by a stone embankment. Granite or slate is used as a fence along the right side leaving a very narrow path for the trains. Is it any wonder the carriage doors are locked to prevent opening enroute? A group of sheep are huddled in the shade next to the wall by the last carriage to keep cool.
