On a fine weather day this train has just departed the Brienz base station and is now passing the workshops to the right. The Briezersee is visible above the rooftops while the mountain tops in the far distance are still fully snow capped, possibly the Wendenhorn on the main ridge of the Swiss Alps, with the new Gotthard Base Tunnel lying beneath the other side.
