Now the structure becomes more apparent. Obviously coal is delivered by truck, dumped in this bin, then somehow fed to the coal chute over the track. The wooden shed to the right appears to have nothing to do with the coal chute operation. It contained a fork lift and some pallets. A stack of those unique triangular steel ties were stacked beside the shed. These ties are also installed in the track below.
