TOP - The Devon Belle is an observation saloon shown here at Paignton. Originally numbered thirteen the car was used by the Southern Railway on the Devon Belle luxury express passenger train service between Waterloo station, Ilfracombe, and Plymouth form 1947 to 1954.
 
BOTTOM - An interior view shows comfortable looking seating arrangements. There is an extra charge to travel in the car along the Dartmouth Steam Railway route.
