0-4-0ST "Lilian" was built by Hunslet Engine Company of Leeds in 1883 for the Penrhyn Slate Quarry of North Wales. It was purchased by Nigel Bowman in 1965 for the huge sum of £65. The locomotive rests outside the shop after boiler repairs and is nearly ready to re-enter service.
