The Welsh Highland Railway project is involved in rebuilding and operating the 1930s railway from Caernarfon Harbor through to Porthmadog via Dinas.

The fire of the Welsh Highland Railway is being relighted after decades of neglect.

A 21.9 mile section from Caernarfon to Portmadog is being reconstructed, taking passengers through the landscape of Snowdonia.
