Aberystwyth Ceredigion Wales United Kingdom - This is the Vale of Rheidol Railway's "Prince of Wales" locomotive.
 
It's very nice, isn't it?
 
The London and North Western Railway also has a "Prince of Wales" class, express passenger locomotive, which was introduced in 1911.
