Thomas the Tank Engine is Coming
to Cheltenham This Weekend

The friendliest little engine in town is puffing into Cheltenham this weekend.
 
Gloucestershire Warwickshire Railway will host the well-loved television characters and families can also take a scenic trip on a magnificent steam train.
 
We have everything you need to know about the VIP meet and greets.
 
When?
 
September 23 and 24 Sep 2017.
 
What time do the trains depart?
 
Trains leave from Toddington every 45 minutes from 09:30 and from the Racecourse every 45 minutes from 09:45.
 
Where can we meet Thomas?
 
Thomas the Tank Engine and Diesel will be busy operating trains between Toddington and Winchcombe, while two of Thomas' friends operate between Winchcombe and Cheltenham Racecourse.
 
Daisy will operate between Toddington and just north of Little Buckland Bridge, about 3 1/2miles north of Toddington over the great Stanway viaduct.
 
There will be lots of fun and games for all the family at Winchcombe, including Thomas themed activities in the Imagination Station, model railways, and Thomas themed face painting.
 
At various times during the day Rusty and Dusty will be travelling on trains and be at Toddington and Winchcombe stations, entertaining the children.
 
How much?
 
Adults: £18
 
Child: £11 (3-15 years old)
 
Under three: FREE
 
Family: £33 (one adult + two children), £43 (two adults + two children)
 
What is included in the price?
 
Unlimited travel on the steam train between Cheltenham, Winchcombe, and Toddington.
 
Additional attractions and rides including the narrow gauge railway at Toddington.
 
Please note there will be no through trains between Toddington and Cheltenham Racecourse and passengers must change trains at Winchcombe, trains will not call at Hayles Halt during Day Out With Thomas events.
