Steam Locomotive Prince Set for Statfold Barn Railway Visit from the Ffestiniog Railway

The Statfold Barn Railway has announced that George England built "Prince" will be visiting them for their Trangkil 50 Gala.
Trangkil 50 will be held on the 12 and 13 Jun 2021 to celebrate the 50th birthday of locomotive Trangkil.

Prince is one of three George England locomotives in service at the Ffestiniog Railway, the others being Palmerston and Welsh Pony, whilst Princess remains out of service.
George England number 2 "Prince" was built in 1863 by George England & Company has a wheel arrangement of 0-4-0STT and is currently coal-fired, but has previously been oil fired.
