The Canadian's 1955 Time Table
Field is the Canadian Pacific Railway crew change point between
the Mountain and Laggan Subdivisions. The Laggan Sub ends here at Field, 136.6 miles
west of milepost zero in Calgary. For the railway, Field also sits right on the line
between the Pacific and Mountain time zones. Trains arrive from the west on Pacific
time but depart eastbound on Mountain time. For eastbound Train Number 2 the 1955
timetable permits a five minute stop here.
