Lower Spiral - No. 2 Continues
With the passing of No. 5 westward, the Dispatcher has released
No. 2 to continue up the hill. The FP7A units have just crossed the lower Kicking
Horse Bridge and are about to enter the lower Spiral Tunnel. Once inside, the train
will execute a climbing left turn through 226 degrees. A short tangent section will
then place the train in position to cross above this location as shown in the next
photo.
