Introduction |
The University of British Columbia (UBC) Library's Open Collections include digital photos, books, newspapers, maps, videos, theses, and more.
Their publicly accessible collections are constantly growing and reflect the research interests of the UBC community and beyond.
In 1999 the Chung family made a gift to the UBC Library with their donation of the Wallace B. Chung and Madeline H. Chung Collection containing more than 25,000 rare and unique documents, books, maps, posters, paintings, photographs, silver, glass, ceramic ware, and other artifacts related to the Canadian Pacific Railway Company.
Included in the Chung Collection is a folder titled "Your Journey to Euston" dated, not-before-1920.
The folder describes the route of a British Railways boat train that met Canadian Pacific trans-Atlantic ships arriving at Riverside Station in Liverpool then carried passengers to Euston Station in London.
A similar folder was also located for sale with an asking price of $31.71 on eBay.
