CALGARY, Canada, December 18th 1919

      Upon presentation and surrender of this certificate by M.M. Allen
 
Agent, or, on proper proof of his death, by his executors or administrators, on or after the date of payment in full in cash of installment No. 2 payable by Otto Stredicke upon Land Contract No. 3091 entered into between him and The Canadian Pacific Railway Company and which covers S.W.T of Sec. 4 Tp. 25 Rg. 25 West of the Forth Meridian, The Canadian Pacific Railway Company Ltd., will pay to the said M.M Allen the sum of One Hundred and Ninety One 30/100 Dollars commission for services on the sale of the lands mentioned and described in said Contract No. 3091.
 
      This certificate is issued subject to all the terms and conditions of the contract of the said Agent with this Company, said Contract being No. 605, and especially Sections No. 6, 7 and 8 theeof; and is not assignable or transferable nor payable in any event except to the said M.M. Allen or his executors or Administrators as aforesaid.
 
      This Certificate bears interest at the rate of six per cent, per annum from date of issue until date of receipt of said instalment in respect of which it becomes payable.
 
      Amount covered by this Certificate is always subject to deduction for any liability of the payee to the Canadian Pacific Irrigation Colonization Company Ltd.
