Train 672-002 with CP SD90-43MAC 9142 and CEFX AC4400CW 1055 (lifted at Chase)
arrived at Revelstoke, B.C. Strung across the front handrails of the 9142 were two banners proclaiming
"LAST RUN PHIL MASON, 1972-2005 33 YEARS". The train was brought to a stop in
front of the station with the gentle hands of the one and only Phil Mason. This marked the end of an
era and an occasion that was marked by a crowd of people who had gathered there to wish Phil the best.
