31 March 2006 Finning Appoints CP Rail Executive as CFO Finning International Inc. appointed Michael Waites as vice president and chief financial officer of the company, effective 1 May 2006, the company said on Friday.   Finning, one of the world's largest caterpillar equipment dealers, said Waites has over 26 years of experience in senior financial roles in the transportation and oil and gas industry. For the past six years he has been chief financial officer at Canadian Pacific Railway.
