Canadian Pacific Announces Filing of Form-40F
Canadian Pacific announced today that it has completed filing of
its Form 40-F with the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC). A copy of the Form 40-F is available on CP's
website.
Shareholders may request a printed copy of the complete audited financial statements free of charge by email to
shareholder@cpr.ca or by regular mail to Shareholder Services, Canadian Pacific,
