30 July 2008 CP Steam Program and RCP Cancelled   Because of the poor performance of CP so far this year, both the Steam Program and the Royal Canadian Pacific are cancelled.   Prior bookings will be fulfilled, but that's it for both of them.   You'll still see the F-units and business cars occasionally, but that will be Fred Green and his staff travelling.   They may look at reviving the steam program in 2010, if the money is there.
