North Bend British Columbia - It was down to -12C but the
performers that rolled into North Bend on the CPR Holiday Train certainly did not disappoint the small - and equally dedicated -
crowd, who had braved some serious wind chill to welcome them to town.
Canadian Country Music Association male Artist of the Year, Johnny Reid, and Country Music Hall of Famer, Tracey Brown, blasted out
the Christmas carols with great enthusiasm, Thursday night.
The CP Holiday Train is a CP employee foodbank fundraiser with performers and staffers travelling across the country, performing in
small communities across the country.
That night employee representatives presented new Fraser Valley Area A director, Lloyd Forman, with a cheque for $1,000 for the local
food bank which serves residents in need in Boston Bar, North Bend, and the Fraser Canyon.
