CP Steam Train Tours Western Canada

Revelstoke British Columbia - An historic train is touring western Canada to celebrate the 125th
anniversary of the completion of the Canadian Pacific Railway.
The last spike was driven on 7 Nov 1885 at Craigellachie, British Columbia.
The CP Empress 2816 Steam Train passed through Calgary Thursday morning with its fleet of cars, including a new addition, the CP Museum Car.
The 80-year-old locomotive is one of only a handful of preserved steam locomotives operating in North America.
