TCRC - CP Negotiation Bulletin No. 7

This bulletin is to inform you of the legal action we have taken 5 Mar 2012 through our counsel.
 
Based on the fact that the Company does not answer our repeated requests to disclose necessary information related to their HSA and pensions demands, the Company's decisions to continuously modify and add to their original demands, as well as using their pension demand to bargain to an impasse, we have filed a complaint of unfair labour practice pursuant to Section 97(1) for violation of Section 50(a) of the Code.
 
We are meeting in Calgary this week with the Company in the presence of Federal Mediation and Conciliation Services (FMCS) officers.
 
We will give you more information by the end of the session.
