All passengers traveling on the Royal Canadian Pacific will be asked to sign a release indicating that they have read and agree to Royal Canadian Pacific's Terms and Conditions of Carriage. This document outlines payment and cancellation details.

All rates are in Canadian dollars. A limited number of single occupancy rooms are available at no additional charge. Rates are subject to a 5 percent Goods and Services Tax, and where applicable, provincial Harmonized Sales Tax. Payment will be accepted by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, money orders, or cheques in Canadian Funds.
 
Some credit card companies add a surcharge for foreign transactions. The cardholder is responsible for any fees incurred.
