Sudburians Awaiting Word on Status of New Market

Sudbury Ontario - Unfortunately, the city hasn't been very transparent with the current vendors at the Market Square regarding the purchase of the CPR Station (The market's new home) and the plans that were suppose to see it opening in 2013.
 
I've visited the current facility almost every weekend and have yet to see the displays showcasing the market's soon-to-be new home.
 
From speaking to many of the vendors, they are completely in the dark as to what the city is doing to secure their new location and any plans that may be in place when nothing is ready in 2013.
 
If the city was in any way transparent with its course of action, there would at least be some open communication between them and the vendors as to what is happening regarding the CPR purchase and where the market will be in 2013.
 
Vendors are asking, customers are asking, and everyone is in the dark, including many of us that sat on the advisory panel.
 
A lot of questions would be answered if the City of Greater Sudbury was a little more transparent.
