Lundbreck Alberta - A driver suffered minor injuries after a train collided with a truck towing a horse trailer at a railway crossing in Lundbreck Saturday evening.
 
One horse died in the accident.
 
Emergency crews received report of a vehicle and train collision just before 6 p.m. Pincher Fire, EMS, and Lundbreck Fire responded to the scene.
 
RCMP members were on scene as well.
 
The train split the truck and trailer and travelled hundreds of metres past the crossing before coming to a stop.
 
The truck ended up on the north-side of the train with the trailer and horse laying in the ditch on the south-side.
 
RCMP are investigating the collision.
