Calgary Alberta - Canadian Pacific has almost 3 kilometres of rail track for sale in southeast Calgary.
 
The spur line went dormant in 2013 after the Calgary Herald outsourced its printing.
 
The "M Lead" was placed on a 3 year discontinuation plan in August 2014 as the first step in the regulatory process to close down the line.
 
If no one buys the line for rail use within the next year it will be offered to the government.
