Perth Ontario - Ontario Provincial Police are asking for the public's help after a bizarre incident in Perth.
 
Police were called to the Canadian Pacific train tracks around 20:30 on Tuesday, after CP reported their train had struck a person.
 
Officers spent three hours on scene, searching for the body.
 
Their investigation revealed that someone had placed clothing and other articles on the track to make it look like someone was sitting there.
 
The train was delayed during the investigation.
 
Anyone with information is asked to contact OPP.
