Innerkip Ontario - The passenger of a car involved in a collision with a train in Innerkip Sunday has died in hospital, according to Oxford County OPP.
 
The driver of the vehicle was pronounced dead on scene Sunday afternoon.
 
The passenger was brought to hospital life-threatening injuries after the collision.
 
Oxford County OPP tweeted that he succumbed to his injuries just after 19:00 that evening.
 
A section of George Street between Blandford Street and Township Road 6 was closed for several hours after the collision.
 
The road has since re-opned.
