Highway 16 Railway Crossing Arm Malfunction Stops Traffic
Portage la Prairie Manitoba - The Highway 16 railway crossing has its arms down with no train moving by, just north of the intersection
of the Trans-Canada Highway, west of Portage.
Traffic is being slowed down and held up due to the mechanism failure.
Be advised of slow-down if you're travelling that route today.
The rail company has been notified.
