CP Police Arrest 2 After Rail Yard Fire

Edmonton Alberta - Two people were arrested at the scene of a fire at the Canadian Pacific (CP) rail yard in Old Strathcona Saturday
night, according to officials.
Firefighters were called to the CP yard at 79 Avenue and 100 Street just after 19:00.
When CTV News Edmonton arrived on scene, smoke was funneling out from the abandoned building but no flames were visible.
Eight fire engines responded and crew members worked from the ladder on one.
The fire was declared under control at 19:43 and out at 20:00.
CP police arrested two people and told CTV News Edmonton an investigation is ongoing.
CP thanked Edmonton Fire Rescue Services for firefighters' quick work.
