Canadian Pacific Railway Limited Declares Dividend

Calgary Alberta - The Board of Directors of Canadian Pacific Railway Limited (CP) today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.95 per share
on the outstanding Common Shares.
The dividend is payable on 26 Jul 2021 to holders of record at the close of business on 25 Jun 2021 and is an eligible dividend for purposes of the Income Tax
Act (Canada) and any similar provincial/territorial legislation.
Should CP's proposed share split be approved at the annual and special meeting of shareholders on 21 Apr 2021 and implemented before the dividend payment, the
dividend will be adjusted to $0.19 per share to reflect the split.
