STB Extends Comment Period on CP/KCS Merger Environmental Impact

Washington District of Columbia USA - The Surface Transportation Board's Office of Environmental Analysis has extended the public comment
period for environmental impact statement of the Canadian Pacific to 3 Jan 2022.
Comments were originally due today (17 Dec 2021).
The extension reflects requests for additional time to comment, the Office of Environmental Impact said in the notice issued today, which also explains how to
comment.
The office says no additional extensions will be granted.
