Canadian Grain Elevator Discovery Centre Society Project

Nanton Alberta - The Canadian Grain Elevator Discovery Centre Society has been busy this past year and has plenty of projects in the
works.
The focus of the society's board is on building the master plan and business plan, said Leo Wieser, the society's president, during a recent
interview.
The society held its annual general meeting (AGM) virtually on 17 Nov 2021 and the master plan presented at the AGM includes the following:
- Rebuilding the CPR station.
- Rebuilding the main line and spur lines of the McLeod line.
- Including a locomotive and collection of rail cars with speeders traversing the long track.
Ongoing projects include organizing railway expansion and car collection acquisition.
