North Bay Ontario - The North Bay Museum will offer Family Day Fun Monday, with The Science of Guinness World Records exhibit extended
until 25 Feb 2022.
The museum will be open from noon to 17:00.
Museum admission and activities are free, with donations collected for The Gathering Place.
The Science of Guinness World Records gives visitors a chance to see what's involved in getting into the record books.
All around the world, people are pushing themselves to achieve new and amazing things.
"We're looking into the science behind these mesmerizing accomplishments with the Science of Guinness World Records Northern Tour exhibit from Science
North," Museum curator Naomi Hehn said in a release.
Admission to the exhibit, filled with of interactive challenges, is included with regular museum admission and is free on Family Day.
Proof of vaccination for those aged 12 and up is required, and face coverings are required.
The North Bay Museum has been preserving and sharing North Bay's history since 1973 and is located in the historic Canadian Pacific Railway
Station.
With a mandate to inspire the discovery of the people and places of North Bay's past and present, the North Bay Museum offers exhibits and programs that cater
to visitors of all ages.
Other services include indoor and outdoor event rentals, gift shop, and curriculum-based educational programming.
