STB Extends CPKC Merger Hearing

Washington District of Columbia - The Surface Transportation Board's (STB) hearing on the proposed
merger between Canadian Pacific and Kansas City Southern has been extended into this week.
The hearing, which began 28 Sep 2022, was initially expected to wrap up 30 Sep 2022.
The hearing will continue from 13:30 to 18:00 today, 09:30 to 13:00 tomorrow, and 10:30 to 17:30 on
6 Oct 2022.
All times are EDT.
The hearing will continue via Zoom and can be viewed on the STB's YouTube channel.
