Derailed Locomotive Blocking Roads in Northwest Regina

Regina Saskatchewan - A cargo train has derailed in northwest Regina.
Traffic is blocked at 1st Avenue to Mikkelson Drive, as well as the Dorothy Street crossing between Read Avenue and Fulton Drive.
No injuries have been reported at this time.
Emergency crews are on the scene and Regina Police are managing traffic.
Residents are being asked to avoid the area.
