In a reversal of yesterdays Scranton Limited trips, CP 2317 is coupled to its cars facing east. This means it departs Steamtown backwards to the west over the Lackawanna River bridge where it is seen in this photo. Stopping clear of the bridge on the west side it then runs locomotive first all the way upgrade to the University of Scranton where it then backs down to Steamtown to repeat the process.
