Working upgrade past the Steamtown Mall CP 2317 trailed CN 3254 on the adjacent track stopping short of the east mainline switch just before the Mattes Street Signal Tower barely visible in the distance through the smoke from the locomotives. CN 3254 continued east to Moscow. CP 2317 with the Scranton Limited must have continued on the mainline after CN 3254 cleared but I didn't stick around to see. It was off to Moscow by car to photograph CN 3254's photo run-by at the depot.
