| Brooks Scanlon Corporation number 1 is a 2-6-2 Prairie type steam locomotive built by the Baldwin Locomotive Works in 1914 for the Carpenter-O'Brien Lumber Company's Eastport, Florida, sawmill. The Carpenter-O'Brien company was sold to the Brooks Scanlon Corporation in 1917. By 1959 another owner, Lee Tidewater Cypress of Perry, Florida, retired it then sold it to F. Nelson Blount in 1962 for his Steamtown collection.
