Here's a closer look at the freight train entering Wengen's freight terminal. A "home made" control car, number 831, leads the train.
 
The lower photo shows this unique machine built by the Wengernalpbahn in 2012 from a flatcar fitted with the driver's cab from Gk 304, a decade old wooden wagon built in 1926. It's capable of a maximum speed of 25 kph - 14 May 2015 Asit Baran Das.
