The small fast flowing Tank Creek constantly fills an old tank car with fresh water for the steam locomotives. When the train arrived an overflow pipe from the tank returned the water to the creek. Soon after the water spout is lowered into the tender, and water starts to fill it, the tank's overflow pipe ceases to drain excess water back into the creek. With the amount of fresh flowing creek water it won't be long before the tank car is refilled.
