Union Pacific Caboose 25198

Photo UP 25198 is a class CA-4 caboose once owned by the Union Pacific but now owned by Chris McLarney. It was built in November 1944, as the second to last CA-4 class caboose built for UP. It was retired on 11 Jul 1985. The caboose has been restored mechanically and is in excellent condition with a new exterior paint job, including correct markings for a UP caboose in service in the 1970s. It is currently stored, ready for service, at the ORHC.
